Welcoming Robyn Monger
Our Lady of the Pillar is thrilled to welcome Robyn Monger as our teacher.
Robyn is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with degrees in both Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. She began her career as a software engineer, working at TRW in San Diego for 11 years.
As a military spouse, she transitioned to a teaching role to have more career flexibility with multiple moves and duty stations around the world. Through it all, she has developed a broad scope of experience in applied mathematics and computer science, having taught at seven different schools and learning centers around the globe.
She relocated to the Bay Area from Annapolis, MD in 2017 and spent the last 5 years working at Sacred Heart Atherton. Last year, she and her husband moved to the coast and love it! She has two wonderful adult daughters and a 1-year-old grandson currently residing on the East Coast. When not prepping for school, she and her husband are out exploring this great area with their dog, Belle.
